avoid any perceived inconvenience of working with an offshore
company, because we are first and foremost a California
company. We have procedures in place that make the
interface between our companies seamless, and the time zone
difference adds the benefit of keeping a team of professionals
working on your project virtually around the clock for
improved time-to-market.

is on San Francisco Bay north of Silicon Valley.
The waters of the Bay are near our offices
where we enjoy views of the Golden Gate Bridge, the San
Francisco skyline, the Port of Oakland, and the Campanile
at the University of California, Berkeley. |

How we got
started
|
|
TriOcean International began as an international trading partnership in 1994 serving the South African market with U.S. education and entertainment CD distribution. We restructured as TriOcean International, LLC in 1995 with our eye toward facilitating transactions involving a broader range of products, services and markets in reaction to customer demand.

|
In that tradition, during the
recent period that fostered a steep rise in Internet-related
technical innovation in Silicon Valley and other locations,
businesses and technical professionals worldwide contact us,
offering their technical innovations and skills. In
1999, we formed TriCubic s.r.o., a Web technology company in
Central Europe, with a longtime European business associate.
Our associate was a board member of an established European
software company, and acts as our counterpart in Central
Europe.
We at TriOcean strive to be
current and involved in our professions. We participate in
the business community, such as co-chairperson of the
international trade committee for the local Chamber of
Commerce. We contribute to our professions, such as
by teaching e-commerce business and technology classes at the
University of California, Berkeley Extension. And we
have received awards, such as the American Corporate Identity
award for our artistic business logo. Our professionalism
shows in our work, as demonstrated by favorable reviews from
our customers.

engages MC Allianz

2002, EMERYVILLE
- TriOcean welcomes MC ALLIANZ, LLC, of Berkeley, CA,
engaged to promote TriOcean services to
e-business and technology companies. TriOcean services include Web
development for e-business, computer application maintenance and
support, and technical research. MC ALLIANZ is a consultant to
emerging companies assisting with planning and implementation of
business development and information technology, and with due
diligence for funding.

explores IT in Japan
|

DECEMBER
2001, SAN
FRANCISCO
- JETRO San
Francisco, the Japan External Trade Organization, invited TriOcean International to participate in their
IJSP program November 25 - December 2, 2001. The
purpose of this visit to Japan was to develop business
relationships with Japanese information technology
companies. We visited technology centers,
incubators, universities, and technology companies in five
cities or regions: Osaka, Kansai, Sapporo, Fukushima,
Tokyo. Technology companies included xSPs, package
and game developers, Web and multimedia developers, mobile
application developers, and system integrators.
TriOcean is exploring business opportunities with several
of these companies.

exhibits in Sacramento

JANUARY
2001, SACRAMENTO
- TriOcean was
an exhibitor at the 2nd Annual Sacramento Golden State
Entrepreneur Expo & Venture Capital Conference in
2001. The two-day expo was attended by several
hundred high-tech professionals, entrepreneurs, and
venture capitalists who heard business presentations and
saw product demonstrations, including multimedia by TriCubic.
